1. Stay healthy - physical fitness is the basic necessity for mental breakthrough.

3. Have leisure time - spare 3 minutes a day to record the achievements of the day and cheerful events for future recollection.
4. Learn to be humourous - attempt to face difficulties in life with a positive attitude.
5. Be adventurous - challenges provide the best driving force to explore.
6. Set challenging goal - push your limit but be careful not to set unrealistic goal.
7. Hold your head up - psychologists find that one's posture can directly affect one's mood and disposition. Confidence can help you to brave the world.
8. Take care of others - be conscientious of others' needs will increase your sensitivity.
9. Confide in your friends regularly - share your life with your friends. Communication among friends can facilitate understanding of self.
10. Develop creativity - there is no one absolute solution to a problem. One should explore different possibilities to problems in life.
10 Don'ts
1. Just dream but not act - one has to put thoughts into action.
2. Be lazy - diligence is a crucial factor to success. Do not indulge oneself in prolonged hours of sleep.
3. Refuse to think - when one is used to taking orders from others, one loses the ability to be independent.
4. Be pessimistic - negative thinking leads to conservative reaction and restrains one from advancing.
5. Emphasise too much on success - failures should be viewed as learning experiences that pave the way to future success.
6. Copy others' work - differentiate between copying and modelling. Copying is imitating, whilst modelling is learning and improving.
7. Be lack of confidence - do not underestimate your potential.
8. Be short sighted - set your goal, overcome your obstacles, aim far and work hard.
9. Be proud - realise your strengths and put them to good use. But remember: modesty is an essential virtue in learning.
10. Be irresponsible - be creative and innovative. However, bizarre measures and irresponsible actions should be avoided.
